1. Before You Begin

Welcome! This guide will walk you through connecting your TikTok Shop US store to the TokExpert management system. This process uses TikTok's officially approved API, ensuring absolute security for your account.

To ensure a smooth process, please prepare:

Your TikTok Shop US email information.
Log in to your TikTok Shop US in a clean browser that you regularly use (e.g., AdsPower, MoreLogin...).

Note: If you are a new seller with no experience, please contact us directly for support.

2. Detailed Connection Process

Step 1: Log in to TokExpert

Step 2: Get the Secure Connection Link

In TokExpert's Seller Center interface, select the TikTok Store menu.
Click the Connect TikTok Store button to access the connection interface.

The system will generate a special link called Authorization URL (containing the official Service ID). Click Copy this link.

Step 3: Authorize Access

Open the browser where you're logged into your TikTok Shop US (prepared above).
Paste the link copied in Step 2 into the address bar and navigate to it.
TikTok's authentication screen will appear, asking you to allow TokExpert to connect.
Enter your TikTok Shop US registration email to confirm, then click Accept.

Step 4: Complete and Verify Ownership

After clicking Accept, the browser will automatically redirect and display a Shop Code. Copy this Shop Code.
Return to the TokExpert tab from Step 2.

Paste the code into the Shop Code field and click Connect Shop to complete the connection.

For new users: Immediately after successful connection, you'll be activated with the Free Tier plan to experience product uploads and order synchronization at no cost.
