AUTO CRAWLING GUIDE

Hello, this is a guide for setting up the Auto Crawler on the Tok Expert management system. Follow the steps below:

Step 1: Go to the Auto Crawler feature.

Click Create Schedule.

Set up the product crawling information:

Schedule Name:

Schedule Name

Search Keywords:

Search Keywords

Marketplace:

Marketplace

Crawl Frequency:

Crawl Frequency

Max Products per Keyword:

Max Products per Keyword

After completing the setup, click Create Schedule.

Turn on the Active button for the schedule you just created.

Step 2: Open the Tok Expert Ant extension and select Run Next Crawling.

If you haven't installed the Tok Expert Ant extension yet, follow the installation guide.

After completing this step, the tool will automatically access the selected e-commerce platform, enter the keywords, and collect product data into the system.

The crawled products will appear in the Search section.

You have now completed the Auto Crawler setup.
